Based on the partnership with Kudos, Amadeus will provide a revolutionary WEB platform (WEB portal) that can centrally manage business travel related information such as traveler information, business trip approval, online reservation, business trip management report and so on. The screen of this WEB platform can be easily customized to make it easy for business travelers, businesses, and travel agencies to use. Compatible with tablets and mobiles, companies and travel companies can not only manage business trip programs and visualize accounting data, but also use them for crisis management and risk management.
The collaboration between Kudos and Amadeus started in 2009 and has already completed the integration with Amadeus cytric Travel & Expense, an online booking tool, and Amadeus Selling Platform Connect, a reservation management system.
Kudos Profiles has a revolutionary passport scanning function for registering traveler information. This feature reads, uploads, and verifies your passport details and instantly enables synchronization with Amadeus. The Kudos profile has a passport and visa expiry date management function that is easy to make mistakes, and dramatically improves the accuracy of business traveler data during business travel and the operational efficiency of travel agencies.
In addition, Kudos has started a demonstration test of the chatbot "Zeus" based on natural language processing, which won the "Shark Tank" which indicates the best innovation of technology for business travel at ITMC Summit 2019.
